What You Need to Know for the Event!WHAT IS THE SIMPLY WHITE DINNER?
Our Summer Dinner in Whites is modeled after the Parisenne "Diner en Blanc", a worldwide event spanning six continents in which people have a meal dressed in white in a temporary dining setup in a public space. The iconic global epicurean phenomenon is coming back to Sarnia for its sixth celebration at a new "secret" location. Wear your elegant whites to this unique dining experience where you will enjoy delicious food, wine, music & dancing. What we provide:
HOW TO ORDER TICKETS & Wine
Tickets are available only on EVENTBRITE starting May 8th! Tickets will sell fast, so get yours early! Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis and are sold in PAIRS only. This is to ensure even seating at the event. Participant must be of legal drinking age. Please Note: Wine is available for purchase with your tickets. Maximum one bottle per person. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL is permitted EVENT DATE & TIME
Meeting Location: Ticket Purchaser will be emailed the meeting location the day before the event. You will be given one of two meeting locations - please ensure your whole party is present at the meeting location for seating! Event Date: Thursday July 4th, 2024 Meeting Hour: as per your email. 6:00pm RAIN OR SHINE HOW WE GET THERE
Suggestion for transportation will be included in the location email. It is advisable to plan to wear comfortable shoes, since it is likely you will need to walk a bit to get to the venue. SEATING REQUESTS
AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS....If you purchased your tickets in a group (up to 4 tickets - 8 people) you will be seated as a group and do not need to do anything.
If your friends purchased separately, please complete the form below. Please include your name, and the name of the other ticket purchaser. NOTE: There are NO guarantees that groups larger than 8 will be seated together. We will do our best to have you seated near each other. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by Summer Dinner in Whites and its affiliates and representatives. You release Summer Dinner in Whites, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Summer Dinner in Whites or the person or entity designated to do so by Summer Dinner in Whites, You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
